          The town of Angono Rizal is the home of two expert artists Lucio San Pedro and Carlos Botong Francisco. Angono Rizal has its own harmonious and creative festival, which is the Higantes festival. Angono is very rich in terms of Arts and Galleries. The people who lived here are very imaginative and artistic. Angono Rizal is home to several galleries and museums, including the Blanco family museum and the Nemiranda Art house.

As a matter of fact, Higantes festival is a well known festival in the town of Angono, where giant of paper mache are being paraded through the streets, in honor of San Clemente.
